Aspiring, young entrepreneurs listen up; you could get a 550 square metre office in Sandton, Africa's richest square mile, for 12 months without paying a cent.
Adrian Hewlett, CEO of Publicis Machine, moved offices in December last year. As a result his company found themselves with an empty space in the heart of Sandton.
The space will be vacant between now and this time next year.
The offer is very basic. The space (550 square metres) comes with a 100 MB internet line included and is free for 12 months, provided it goes to a young start-up and, preferably, a business run by a Previously Disadvantaged Individual.
We interviewed Hewlet about his offer.
