President Zuma and the ANC respond to ConCourt judgement

President Jacob Zuma and the African National Congress (ANC) held separate media briefings on Friday evening to respond to the Constitutional Court's judgement on upgrades to President Zuma's Nkandla home.

President Zuma welcomed the Constitutional Court judgement, and said that he will abide by it.

At the ANC's media briefing, Secretary-General Gwede Mantashe welcomed the Constitutional Court's judgement.

Mantashe said that the ANC will engage closely with its alliance partners and branches throughout the country on the lessons brought about by the judgement of the country's highest court.
